I'm Elena, the founder of Silk & Chips. And if you're here, I'm thrilled to welcome you.
I've always believed that there are simple pleasures that, without fanfare, become true luxuries:
A cold beer with crisps in good company. A long after-dinner conversation. That moment when you dress for yourself and not for the world.
Silk & Chips was born from that.
From the need to celebrate the little things, but to do so well dressed.
Since I was a child, fashion has been my other great passion.
While studying Art History — my first vocation — I would imagine garments, colours, silhouettes... filling notebooks with ideas that didn't yet have a name.
For years, that mental folder continued to grow: fabrics, cuts, details.
Until one day I felt that I could no longer keep it all inside. I had to make it a reality.
Silk represents timelessness, endurance.
Chips represents closeness, deliciousness, belonging.
Together, they form a brand that seeks to inspire emotion through what you wear.
Garments designed to accompany you in the big moments... and in the everyday ones, which are sometimes the best.
Each piece is designed by me in Spain and lovingly produced in small workshops, where every stitch matters.
Good craftsmanship is not only noticeable: it can be felt, kept and passed on.
Silk & Chips is also a tribute:
To my mother, who taught me to look with sensitivity.
To my father, who taught me to listen calmly.
To a childhood spent among underlined books, vinyl records, museums and old magazines.
To all the women who have dressed with intention, quietly but with great sincerity.
I know that embarking on this journey is not easy.
There will be ups and downs, difficult decisions and much to learn.
But I would love for us to walk this path together.
Let Silk & Chips be a little bit yours too.
A place to return to when you want to feel like yourself, without a disguise.
